**Job Title:** Practice Manager
About the JobThis is a leadership role that requires someone with experience in trauma-informed care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Mental Health Practitioners and driving excellence in service delivery.
The role involves providing strategic direction, overseeing quality assurance processes, and supporting staff in managing complex client cases. Strong relationships with stakeholders are also essential to meeting client and community needs.
We're seeking a dedicated leader who can make a positive impact on the lives of victim-survivors of Family, Domestic, and Sexual Violence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day support to practitioners from diverse professional backgrounds.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and offer expert guidance on service delivery, team performance, and clinical standards.
- Support staff in managing complex and high-needs clients, ensuring care aligns with qualifications and service scope.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders to meet client, community, and funding objectives.
- Ensure services meet contractual obligations and maintain effective communication with funding account managers.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience coordinating services and guiding individuals and teams to deliver impactful client outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work, nursing, or a related field.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of child protection, domestic and family violence legislation, and other frameworks relevant to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
