- Central to your role will be employing an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced-based nursing care
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in the workplace
