**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented AccorHotels Business Developer to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
**2. Sales Planning and Execution**: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase brand visibility.
**3. Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
**4. Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation across departments.
**5. Reporting and Analysis**: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
