Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate regional exam preparation activities, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics for workshops
  • Collaborate with Medical Educators to develop and maintain pre-workshop information and online learning materials
  • Manage event invitations, registrations, and maintain accurate attendance records and event documentation
  • Provide on-site support for workshops and events, overseeing setup, attendee needs, and post-event closeout
