Overview

The Logistics Costing Manager role at Samsung is a dynamic opportunity to drive financial efficiency and optimize logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will oversee logistic costing, analysis, and billing team ensuring our operations are financially optimized and compliant.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires strong analytical and communication skills. As a key member of the Logistics division, you will prepare detailed performance reports, provide insightful variance analysis, and conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute performance reports to Finance, Logistics Managers, and Product Managers.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly cost management and freight reports, including insightful variance analysis to inform decision-making.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes generous employee discounts across our products, free on-site parking, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
