Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced process engineer to join our team. As a senior process engineer, you will play a key role in championing safety, health, and environmental standards across production operations.
This is a high-impact opportunity where your engineering expertise, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit will be highly valued.
- Develop and maintain technical documents and process models for assigned production cells;
- Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, SHEC, and supply chain;
- Analyze process data to identify trends and implement performance enhancements;
- Lead technical reviews, root cause analyses, and change management initiatives;
- Provide oversight on raw materials and production aids to optimize efficiency and cost;
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to Communities of Practice to share knowledge and best practices.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Chemical or Process Engineering;
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in continuous operation chemical plants;
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in process improvement and process safety management systems;
- Proficiency in relevant business and engineering systems (e.g., SAP, analytics tools);
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive technical improvements.
