About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated process improvement specialist to join our organization in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with teams to identify problems and implement solutions, leading and facilitating root cause analysis, and managing interdependent project plans.

  • Collaborate across teams to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate thorough root cause analysis and assess countermeasures.
  • Manage complex interdependent project plans to meet time, quality, and scope targets.
  • Support the application of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, etc.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations environments. They will also possess strong analytical, process mapping, and change management skills, as well as a proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement projects.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. They will also have an innovative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable improvement.

  • Analyse data for insights and continuous improvement trends.
  • Support broader initiatives including safety, environmental efforts, and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Engineering, Service, Rental, or Operations environments (preferred).
  • Strong Analytical, Process Mapping and Change Management Skills
  • Proven track record of implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement projects in a professional setting.
