Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a part-time Business Partner to lead the way in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards for staff and clients. This involves monitoring business performance data, integrating performance enhancements across teams, and continuously improving processes and systems.

This role works closely with other team members to inform change, educate, and coach on improvements. With flexible work arrangements, including remote options, this role is ideal for someone wanting to take ownership and make their mark on our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tools and processes to support our business objectives.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and inform recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement and evaluate enhancements to our processes, systems, and products.
  • Oversee compliance requirements and implement enhancements with the team.
  • Monitor funding and financial activity, reporting back to management.

Requirements:

  • Vocational qualifications in VET or related fields are preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of the VET framework is essential, with ongoing professional development expected.
  • A strong focus on quality and systems/process improvement.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with student management systems, CRM, and state funding contracts an advantage.
