The Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with clients from prestigious venues, ensuring seamless event delivery and high-standard service continuity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Event Operations: Manage event builds, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure timely and successful event execution.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, enhancing event visibility and brand recognition.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes complimentary tickets to selected events, birthday leave, volunteering leave, access to wellbeing discounts, flu vaccinations, company-paid parental leave, and more.
