Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Digital Audio team and contribute to commercialising branded campaigns for clients across our evolving digital and digital audio platforms, focusing on live streaming, podcasting, and product capabilities. The role is full-time and based at our Pyrmont Studios.
The key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional support services to the Digital Audio and Sales teams to achieve their goals and revenue targets, requiring attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks while meeting expected turnaround times.
- Collaborating with Campaign Strategy to develop integrated and digital campaign pitches and recommendations.
- Working closely with Content teams to ensure digital audio commercial solutions align with our content priorities.
- Supporting Sales teams by providing digital product information, sales tools, and commercial resources.
- Partnering with Digital Products and Ad Operations teams to create product collateral that accelerates internal and external adoption.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years' experience in an administration position within the digital media or advertising industry, demonstrating passion and professionalism.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with various levels of staff, senior management, and external clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
- The capacity to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- An energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, and results-driven attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a changing landscape.
- A genuine interest in the digital audio industry, particularly podcasting and trending content.
Benefits
Nova Entertainment offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
