Breakfast Chef Job Opportunity

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving a variety of food items for the breakfast buffet.

  • Prepare a diverse range of dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimal wastage by following established procedures
  • Maintain all working areas in a clean and tidy condition
  • Wash all dishes during service to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Assist with in-house functions, restaurant and cafe food as required
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Report any operational issues to the relevant manager
