Job Title: Morning Menu Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled culinary professional to oversee the preparation and presentation of our morning menu offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate food delivery, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain meticulous inventory control, strictly following established procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Evaluate kitchen cleanliness and organization, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain pristine working conditions throughout service hours.
  • Ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to company protocols, guaranteeing impeccable food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate in-house functions, restaurant, and cafe food preparation as required.
  • Routinely inspect and assess equipment condition, promptly reporting any issues to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager for prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise in preparing a diverse range of breakfast dishes with flair and creativity.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exemplify strong teamwork and adaptability.
  • Have a valid food safety certification.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate records and reports.
