About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial/life science project in Sydney. Key responsibilities include:
- • Client management and consultation
- • Project planning and feasibility studies
- • Design management and value engineering
- • Procurement of construction services
- • Delivery of construction services
- • Cost control, cost reporting and superintendent duties
- • Commissioning and post-contract duties for handover
Requirements:
To be successful, candidates will need:
- • Minimum 5–15+ years managing commercial medium to high-rise / life science projects
- • Proven knowledge of contract administration and base-build construction
- • Experience managing general conditions of contract such as AS4902
- • Strong understanding of overall construction programmes and plans
- • Ability to identify key client and builder obligations
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to build rapport at all levels
