Accelerate Growth as a Partnerships Manager

This is an exciting role for a skilled professional who can drive strategic partnerships and commercial outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in scaling our business by sourcing, securing, and growing strategic partnerships across payment platforms, e-commerce providers, and financial ecosystems.

  • Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies to drive merchant acquisition
  • SOURCE AND SECURE new strategic partnerships aligned to our growth priorities
  • Build and lead commercial conversations with decision-makers at target partners
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), co-develop joint roadmaps, and facilitate account mapping with Business Development teams
  • Use partner and merchant data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
  • Create compelling pitch decks and artefacts required to bring stakeholders onto the journey
  • Translate commercial deals into clear scopes of work and internal action plans
  • Track pipeline and forecast partner-driven growth via Salesforce
  • Champion internal readiness through training, process improvement, and documentation

This role involves working with our global partners across different time zones, either early mornings or late evenings. We believe in flexibility and will work with you to set your hours.

You're a natural relationship builder, commercially savvy, and know how to get things done.

You've worked with tech companies, payments, SaaS, or fintech - and understand how partnerships create scalable growth.

You're comfortable pitching to C-level execs and rolling up your sleeves to launch go-to-market campaigns with partners.

You bring curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking to every conversation and don't shy away from complexity or ambiguity.

  • Experience in partnerships, channel environments, business development, GTM, or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience in partner co-marketing, account mapping, and QBRs to grow joint value
  • Excellent slide writing and storytelling ability, comfortable building partner pitches and commercial proposals
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive commercial outcomes
  • Understanding of platform ecosystems (e.g. Payment Service Providers, eCommerce Platforms, ISVs etc) and how integrations create mutual value
  • Ability to manage partner lifecycles: from onboarding and enablement to growth and optimisation
  • Ability to manage cross-functional internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to develop and deliver on own Go-To-Market strategy
  • Mindset embracing AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow
  • Aptitude for identifying and managing risks
