Overview

We're looking for an experienced Account Director (or SAM ready to step up) to lead a matured, high-profile agency account, with a global beverage conglomerate. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with momentum, trust, and the backing to drive ambitious creative and commercial outcomes.

You'll be serving up bold, strategically sharp work across brand, packaging, innovation, and activation collaborating with a talented team in an agency that values creative excellence and commercial results in equal measure.

This is a role for a senior specialist who understands the nuances of the food and beverage world, ideally with experience in beverage or adjacent categories, and has the strategic and creative acumen to lead with confidence and clarity.

  • Lead a mature, trusted client relationship: This isn't a cold start, it's a partnership built over years, with the opportunity to grow it creatively and strategically.
  • End-to-end ownership: You'll lead and own your account, and manage projects (in partnership) across strategy, creative and delivery, balancing the big picture with the detail. While there is support from the client service, studio and operations teams, this is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable stretching across all levels of responsibility.
  • Access to senior leadership: You will be working directly with the agency founders and director, gaining exposure, mentorship, and business insight not always available in larger agency structures.
  • Make meaningful work: From brand and packaging through to innovation and activation, you'll be central to projects that make an impact on shelf, in culture, and in business, and maybe even win some awards along the way.
What you'll do
  • Nurture and grow a flagship global client relationship
  • Lead standout brand, packaging, innovation and activation projects from brief to delivery
  • Contribute to innovation and activation initiatives with strategic input
  • Balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented project management
  • Identify and lead new opportunities within the account
  • Partner closely with creatives, strategists, and agency leaders
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in brand and packaging (this is essential)
  • Experience in beverage or adjacent FMCG categories
  • A confident, senior-level communicator and relationship builder
  • A strategic thinker who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves
  • Experience working with large corporate clients (1mil+ revenue) and navigating complex projects
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes ownership of their work
