**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Talent Acquisition Team in delivering high-quality recruitment services. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for facilitating the supply of relevant workforce for our organization.

The role involves providing day-to-day recruitment support and advice to managers across various departments, with a particular focus on the Allied Health Division. You will play a key role in supporting our Senior Director in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support and advice to managers across various departments
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment services
  • Support the Senior Director in facilitating the supply of relevant workforce
  • Provide day-to-day human resource and contract management support and advice
