Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent in key areas.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Managing non-ongoing engagements or temporary/permanent moves (APS employees only) to drive business outcomes.
- Supporting ongoing APS employees with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
Be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
Have a minimum Baseline security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain).
