About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced Logistics Business Analyst to partner with operations leadership across transport and warehouse functions to understand processes and challenges.
  • The successful candidate will facilitate workshops and interviews, then convert findings into clear, structured requirements and process documentation.
  • Mapped business requirements to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations capabilities in Transportation Management and Warehouse Management, distinguishing standard functionality from required customisation.
  • Produced Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and process flow diagrams; performed fit–gap analysis and recommended optimised solutions.
  • Collaborated with Project Managers and Software Developers to ensure requirements were delivered as designed.
  • Supported User Acceptance Testing, end-user training, change management, and post-implementation support aligned to business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated business analysis experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ideally across Transportation Management and Warehouse Management in logistics or supply chain programmes.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and interviews, advanced process-mapping capability, and the ability to produce clear Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents.
  • Proven experience performing fit–gap analysis and delivering outcomes in a partner environment, with confidence across User Acceptance Testing, training, and change management.
