Senior Business Analysis Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will provide business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues related to data platforms.
You will create Epic and Jira Stories against use cases and requirements, analyse existing use case documents to create stories aligning development for new systems, organise Journey walk-throughs of stories and map stories to Accept criteria to ensure coverage, document technical specifications, develop a technical roadmap from the as-is state to the to-be state, document changes and communicate user stories as necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain accurate and detailed use case documents.
- Develop a deep understanding of the current state of the system and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
