Job Opportunity

We are seeking a business analysis professional to collaborate with operations leadership across logistics and supply chain functions to drive process improvement.

  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights, then transform findings into clear, structured requirements and process documentation.
  • Mapped business needs to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations capabilities in Transportation Management and Warehouse Management, distinguishing core functionality from necessary customisations.
  • Developed Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and process flow diagrams; performed fit–gap analysis and recommended optimised solutions.
  • Collaborated with Project Managers and Software Developers to ensure requirements were delivered as designed.
  • Supported User Acceptance Testing, end-user training, change management, and post-implementation support aligned to business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated business analysis experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ideally across Transportation Management and Warehouse Management in logistics or supply chain programmes.

Key skills include strong facilitation skills for workshops and interviews, advanced process-mapping capability, and the ability to produce clear Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents.
