Business Analysis Expertise

This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, contributing to project success by providing analysis and documentation of requirements.

  • Gather requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle
  • Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
  • Validate systems against user stories and metrics
  • Influence stakeholders and decisions for mutual benefit
  • Simplify information and decipher technical jargon

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NPP products and real-time payments process.

Key accountabilities include:

  1. Gathering and documenting requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  2. Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of business operations and technical capabilities
  3. Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  4. Providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
