Business Analysis Specialist

As a seasoned professional in business analysis, you will lead workshops and interviews to conduct thorough process analysis, gathering essential requirements for our university project. This 6-month + contract role involves working closely with the project team, business partners, and end users to plan and conduct comprehensive testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop as-is and to-be business processes and document key impacts on existing operating models and processes
- Collaborate effectively with functional areas and teams to deliver business analysis, process change, technology solutions, and people's work practices
- Identify innovative business solutions that meet customer needs
- Work closely with the project team, business partners, and end users to plan and conduct testing
- Ensure timely escalation of issues and risks, and project change requests
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality university projects
- Extensive experience in Web & Data / Reporting Projects
- Capturing detailed requirements for vendor briefings (web focused)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum
- Experience using tools such as Jira & Confluence
