About this Role

This is a pivotal position for Business Analysts with experience in IT infrastructure and network projects.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methods to drive strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for translating complex information for diverse audiences, capturing and documenting requirements, creating and maintaining Jira user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.

Liaising between business units, IT, and infrastructure teams will also be an essential part of your role.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while delivering quality outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in IT infrastructure and network projects, advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methods, and proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing requirements.

Able to create clear presentations, work collaboratively across teams, and deliver quality outcomes will also be essential skills for success.
