Improving Processes and Systems

Job Description: As a business analysis professional, you will identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems that meet customer and business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, suppliers, and customer groups to gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed process specifications, business requirements, and system functional/non-functional specifications.

You will maintain and manage the program's project management tool, ensuring seamless implementation of improvements, creating reporting capabilities, and supporting the team in updating and deleting work items.

You will also monitor the quality of work items, educate the team on the project management tool structure and workflows, and facilitate changes to the tool's foundational structure through governance.

In addition, you will contribute to business case preparation, develop and maintain business analysis artifacts, and support testing, training, and implementation activities.

Your role will require excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

You will be proficient in using various applications, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, to convey complex information in a simplified way.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. project management tools).
