We are seeking experienced individuals to join our skilled team of landscapers and labourers.

About the Role
  • Assist with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping results.
  • Conduct thorough site preparation for upcoming projects, including excavations and soil grading.
  • Expertly handle planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Install various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments.
  • Perform general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
  • Prioritize workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
  • Facilitate the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role (1-3 years).
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping principles.
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable).
