Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop landscapes, incorporating plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
  • Maintain landscapes through regular pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
  • Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead a team of gardeners to achieve quality and efficiency in daily operations
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape features
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to operate and maintain various types of equipment
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
