About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Outdoor Cleaning Team Leader to supervise our outdoor cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the cleansing of parks, including BBQs, graffiti removal, benches, seats, signs, bubblers, rubbish removal, and leaf litter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist in the upkeep of local open space parks, gardens, reserves, and roadsides.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries.
Requirements
  • Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities.
  • Manual driver's license.
  • Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
