Key Responsibilities:
  • Create stunning outdoor environments through expert plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
  • Ensure landscapes thrive through meticulous pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
  • Maintain and operate a variety of equipment including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and provide valuable recommendations for improvement
  • Lead and train a team of gardeners to ensure high-quality work and efficient daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in landscape design and maintenance

  • Able to safely operate and maintain various types of equipment
  • Excellent physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
