Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our garden maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in all aspects of garden maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in garden maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. You will have a passion for horticulture and a keen eye for detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results, maintaining beautiful and vibrant outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

In this full-time permanent position, you will receive a competitive salary up to $35 per hour plus super, as well as a comprehensive tool and uniform allowance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team of dedicated garden maintenance professionals.
  • Oversee and actively participate in tasks including hedging, pruning, trimming, weeding, mowing, edging, and spraying.
  • Ensure the timely completion of daily tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in garden maintenance, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Passion for horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team by example.
  • Driver's license and proficiency in driving a manual vehicle and towing a trailer.
  • Willingness to obtain a Police check and Working with Children Certificate.
