About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager Branch Strategist to join our team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Customer Service Network (CSN) Crew, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our branch network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for branch locations within your portfolio, ensuring optimal use of space and resources.
  • Provide expert advice on the Refurbishment Program, including location, size, design, and cost of branches.
  • Work with Group Property's Leasing, Design & Construction teams to achieve optimal outcomes in property portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate space usage and generate savings for the business.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Retail branch environment and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of performance in previous roles, demonstrating consistency and initiative.
  • Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Self-starter with a risk mindset.
