About the Role

As a Digital Strategist, Business Solutions Expert at Google, you will play a key role in helping small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow and succeed in the digital world. You will work closely with company owners to understand their business needs and develop strategies to help them reach their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of businesses by analyzing growth drivers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing quarterly plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering exceptional customer sales experiences and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Own the business process by driving customer outreach, business pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation.
  • Work towards quarterly business and product growth goals.
