We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Portfolio Strategist. As a key member of our Customer Service Network (CSN) Crew, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our branch network and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our branch portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide expert advice on branch refurbishment programs, including location, size, design, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal outcomes in property portfolios, including Retail Banking Services and Business Banking.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate space usage and generate savings, while considering current workstations and technology requirements.
  • Travel to designated regions to validate recommendations and ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of performance in previous roles, demonstrating consistency and initiative.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian suite of programs.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Self-starter with a risk mindset and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
