Job Title: Account Development Specialist

This role presents an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in commercial growth and account management, supporting the Partnerships and Growth team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to lay solid foundations for their career in account management and partnerships within an agency environment.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the GM Partnerships & Growth, Head of Partnerships, and wider team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support - Provide day-to-day administration assistance to the GM Partnerships & Growth, Head of Partnerships, and wider team
  • Partnership Account Management - Assist in managing partner projects and deliverables across the partner lifecycle, from pitching and contracting to budgeting, onboarding, and project review
  • New Business - Support the Head of Operations and Account Managers through the new business process

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of account management experience and an undergraduate degree (or equivalent), as well as experience in preparing professional presentations and budget management.
