Commercial Account Development Specialist

We are dedicated to delivering precise nutrition tailored to the unique needs of cats and dogs.

This role involves driving growth, executing strategic plans, and delivering outstanding customer engagement across major accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for key retail portfolios.
  • Utilise category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimise product supply.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Negotiate trading terms and manage budgets as part of annual strategic planning.
  • Analyse trends and adjust strategies accordingly through performance reviews with key accounts.
  • Maximise financial performance by overseeing trade spend budgets and promotional programs.
  • Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns and educational programs for retail staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven sales expertise with a strong track record in selling, negotiating, and using data-driven insights to develop tailored customer plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial account management across specialist retail channels.
  • Strong project management capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
