
Account Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities, growing market share, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential client companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed company targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to self-manage/self-motivate.
- PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook required.
- Equipment Sales experience.
- Knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
