Job Title: Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. This role involves supporting the finance operations of our clients by recording receipts, disbursing funds, preparing monthly reconciliation reports, and liaising with external administrators.

The successful applicant will have/be;
- Experienced in Full function Accounts Payable
- Experienced in Accounts Receivable
- Strong reconciliations experience
- Month-end experienced
- Strong attention to detail
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and professional team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record receipts from customers and disburse funds to clients daily across the different accounts.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation reports.
  • Liaise with external administrator in the completion of quarterly audits.
  • Enter transactional details into the CRM platforms.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and externally to provide transaction updates.
  • Accounts receivable invoicing and receipting.
  • Invoice entry and payments.
  • Support CRM development and process integration.
  • Preparing and finalizing invoices as well as monitoring and reporting on billing.
  • Maintaining client account information in management systems, and reconciling client accounts.
  • Assist in new process implementation as required.
