About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our team at BruntWork. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Meta ad campaigns to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Meta ad campaigns to meet client objectives, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Conduct audience research and create targeted ad sets to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and write compelling ad copy and creatives that align with client branding and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and improve ROI.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Meta advertising and implement best practices to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and maximize impact.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI for clients and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or similar role in digital advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ad performance metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent creative skills with the ability to design visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
