Marketing Manager, Restaurant

**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team at Accor, a leading international hospitality group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and managing our marketing communications across multiple channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive new guest acquisition, and enhance overall group revenue.
- Manage our brand and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Conduct market research using resources such as Meta, banking data, sales/product data, and our CRM to identify opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate and promote special events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the venue's visibility in the community.
- Develop and execute campaigns, creating a channel plan with messaging and storyboards to ensure efficient production shoots and a cohesive impactful campaign.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a hospitality marketing role.
- Confidence in traditional and digital marketing.
- Creative eye.
- Analytical skills with data and budgets.
- Proficiency in Google suite.
- Experience with SKED and Planoly social, Monday project management, Mr YUM CRM, and Canva design.
- Indesign skills preferred.
- Stakeholder management.
- Creative brief writing.
- Copywriting for emails, social captions, and some ads.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and other media ad management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
