Talent Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to effectively develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business success.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting key people and culture projects and centre of excellence programs of works. The successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience by supporting initiatives across attraction, retention, development, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect as One Team: Collaborate closely with our Business Excellence team to keep our People & Culture (P&C) processes fresh and effective.
  • Realise the Opportunities: Help shape meaningful employee experiences by building and testing key lifecycle events in our systems.
  • Maintain and manage the employee image library used to celebrate our people and tell our story.
  • Respect Everyone's Journey: Keep our talent and succession planning tools current and useful.
  • Ensure our policies and position descriptions are always compliant and reflect our values.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a multidisciplinary customer-focused organisation as a P&C Project Manager or Strategic Business Partner.
  • An exceptional eye for detail, with a meticulous and methodical approach to tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
