Job Description

  • Learning and Talent Development Manager

  • The AU Delivery Services Learning team is looking for a manager to spearhead the development and implementation of training best practices and standards, ensuring effective execution of required training for program implementation.

  • Key responsibilities include leading a team, strategically assessing, tracking, and facilitating training-related programs, developing training strategies for critical roles, driving adherence to standard learning solutions, working with global teams to identify innovative learning solutions, analysing and solving business problems, contributing to reporting on training activities, and owning continuous improvement initiatives.

  • This position involves managing learning resources, cross-functional teams across multiple sites in the region, and having the ability to be comfortable with high-volume workloads and not being afraid to roll up sleeves.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential Qualifications

  • Education in Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Experience in coaching and development of employees, prior experience working with and delivering training & information to employees, expertise in data analytics and visualisation as well as the ability to interpret data

  • Effective time management skills, strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation, experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on organisational strategies
