What You'll Need:
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a Learning and Development Management role.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
