- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a Learning and Development Management role.
- Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
