An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Talent & Acquisition Partner to join our high performing ANZ team.

Reporting to the People and Talent Lead, this role will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support across our Professional Services division. Day to day you will;
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine recruitment requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Proactively partner with the business to understand recruitment forecast
- Design and deploy fit for purpose talent attraction strategies
- Cultivate and manage talent pools aligned with our critical talent segments

**Thrive with us we hope you'll bring**
- 2+ years' experience working in an internal or agency role recruiting in the Engineering space.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a passion for building strong internal relationships.
- Consultative and proactive approach
