Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Development Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this key leader is responsible for designing and executing recruitment plans that attract top talent and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement best-in-class recruitment processes and systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes through talent development and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and thought leaders to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative talent management solutions.
