**Job Title:** Senior Hr Business Partner

  • Advise and partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance to strengthen employee experience and company culture.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business or related discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience managing Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment law across jurisdictions.
  • Hands-on use of HRIS and HR analytics tools.
