About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to thrive.

  • Utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to support people in returning to meaningful employment.
  • Makes a real difference in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through insurance schemes, employment services and disability employment services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, training and coaching services.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
