Community Outreach Specialist

The Community Engagement Officer plays a crucial role in promoting mental health and wellbeing in Central Australian communities, working in partnership with families and key stakeholders to raise awareness and advocate for key issues.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver community awareness activities, promotions, and educational presentations around Central Australia.
- Work with the SEWB team to embed three streams of care: medical, therapeutic, and cultural and social support with intensive case management as required.
- Provide support to people accessing the SEWB services, including access to a dedicated GP and nursing team (healthcare pods).
