About the Role

As a Customer Excellence Representative, you will conduct thorough assessments of claims, serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and claim resolution. You will also provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, guide clients through the claims process, and provide timely updates. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting accurate claim assessments and determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and claim resolution.
  • Gathering all necessary information and documentation through detailed investigations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding clients through the claims process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and decisions, and preparing reports or updates as needed.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in customer service (not essential), flexibility to work evening shifts finishing by 9:30 pm, and proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages (desirable). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tech-savviness, an enthusiastic and empathetic personality, team-oriented mindset, and detail-oriented and well-organized are essential for success in this role.
