Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to manage general insurance claims. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected throughout the claims process.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex claims in accordance with company processes and client service agreements.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, and advocate for clients in relation to insurer indemnity denials.
  • Drive settlement negotiation processes and negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, demonstrating value and driving results.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience handling claims.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
