We are seeking an experienced Key Account Licensing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within our Datacom Licensing business. This dynamic role will provide exceptional customer service, leveraging your previous licensing experience to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
You will identify opportunities, support the sales process from proposal to close, and maintain effective partnerships with clients by understanding their software licensing needs and proposing tailored solutions. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, and possessing excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM and administrative software applications, with a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into profitable solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
- Support the sales process from proposal to close, identifying opportunities and leveraging previous licensing experience.
- Maintain an effective pre-sales engine to enable and optimize the sales function.
- Provide specialized software licensing advice to Datacom customers, ensuring they have the most effective solutions for their needs.
- Maintain efficient sales operations by fulfilling administrative and support tasks that empower the sales team to close deals and manage opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing or a related technical sales support role.
- Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of customer needs and translating them into profitable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM and administrative software applications.
