Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to develop and foster relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships by identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Train retail partners on product features, benefits, and market trends.
  • Develop targeted product offerings to meet the needs of key customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or team environment.
  • Knowledge of footwear retail or wholesale sales principles is an asset.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
